Hi im desperate for an answer 
It is like a sudden outbreak and would like to know what cause it and how to treat this

its probably due to sweat build up, dry to keep the area clean of excess oils/sweat, oil control wipes well help keep the area clean, and just give it time to heal, maybe try some bp
