Hi all,

I recently started getting back acne for whatever reason. It started before football started and has continued up to now. It is deep big painful red lumps usually one or two at a time and they last for a few days and then go away leaving hyperpigmentation which is really annoying. My back is not oily (I know this because I have felt my back and it is as dry as any other part of my body) my chest has absolutely no acne as well.

My brother does not have this (he is 2 years older) I am wondering if maybe it is something he went through as well and the marks faded.
