Not sure what is up with my butt but it looks really bad and feels really weird

I'm guessing this is keratosis pillaris cause I can feel hair on my butt but I'm not sure

Can someone tell me what this is and treatment for it?

I am a 21 year old female with a history of acne

Yeap - that's keratosis, unfortunately there aren't alot of effective treatments for it. A moisturizer with salicylic acid can help, Cerave makes one (I think it's called Cerave SA?).
