I'm 15 years old and I have been suffering from acne for about 3 years. My acne started on my face which has gone completely (with the exception of a few pimples here and there, but that doesn't matter) but has spread down to my upper back and chest.
As my skin is oily, I have used the Cetaphil Oily cleanser, oil-free Clean & Clear dual action moisturizer, Clean & Clear morning burst gel, Neutrogena body wash, etc. on my back. A lot of these products are for faces though.
I heard Glytone Back Acne Spray works wonders, and I was wondering if anyone has used it before? I've seen great reviews on it and I'm considering buying it to try out.
Also, a lot of my acne has faded to scars and I have weird little white bumps on my chest.

I see your new so I will try and point you in the right direction

As for scar treatments I have heard salicylic acid is good as well as glycolic acid but Im afraid I can't vouch for them as I have not used them still trying to work on getting the acne gone first.
But check out the other board and hopefully you can find what your looking for.
