So i've been battling acne for a long time, recently i've tried many things, but it doesn't seem to help. I'm thinking of hopping on accutane or minocycline/doxycycline. As you can see, it looks horrible, the scars don't help either.

What i tried so far

Scrubbing

exfoliate

zinc

benzolperoxide

Apple cider vinegar

a variety of anti acne soap and shampoos

Nothing helps...

I'm thinking of trying:

accutane or minocycline/doxycycline or Vitamin b5 (5-10gr). What do you guys think i should do. Any suggestions are welcome, i'm so tired of this **** acne!!!

Also my skin is super dry and flaky, like those white flakes?
