Ugh I have the same thing on my shoulders! At first I thought they were black heads but nothing comes out when I squeeze them. It's so annoying I have no clue what it even is

I believe it's called keratosis pilaris, because each hair follicle has a small bump at the opening of the follicle. Some people have treated it with coconut oil.
