Guys I need some help here..I can't figure out what these things are that I keep getting on my skin.

Once a week or so one little single red dot will show up..it's sooo bright red although you can't tell from the picture. It's perfectly round and very little. The next day it itches so much as well... I don't know what its from?

Could this be an allergic reaction to something I'm eating maybe, as I haven't changed products in years. Could this be something else?!!!

I currently take the following supplements and nothing else;

ADP- for yeast/parasites

Probiotics

TestoQuench for high androgens

Mint Medley tea w/ spearmint,peppermint,lemon.

Help please!!
