my dermatologist just put me on epiduo, and minocycline 3 weeks ago. I've noticed a huge difference in my face and I think this might fix it. But my chest and back are not getting any better. At all. Is this normal? Does it take a little longer because the skin in thicker. What should i do?

It takes about 2-3 months to see any improvement with prescription stuff.

I am on 100 mg of oral antibiotics twice daily too. I also use panoxyl 10 bar. I had pretty bad bacne, like 10-20 cysts at any given time. It has been approximately 4 months, and I'm about 80% clear, so it takes a long freakin time.

I'm glad you updated this. Been using Epiduo faithfully on my daughter's back for about 6 weeks and feel like it's just getting worse. I know there's an expected break out period but this is painful for her and just getting worse. I think she's ready to give up but I think we should try 3 months solid.
