I've had these bumps on my chest since ~July. At first I believed it to be chest acne and therefore used all types of treatments like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid but they didn't even help shrink in size. I am even on my 3rd month of accutane atm and these have been the same since they first came out. Also, they are REALLY itchy.
I am not a derm doc by any means, but that doesn't really look like acne to me. They appear to be more like the kind of blisters you get with an allergic type of reaction (i.e. poison ivy, etc). Is it only on your chest? Could you be accidentily coming into contact with an allergy trigger? Do you shave your chest?
