I have eczema in random patches on my body. Or maybe some mild fungal infection.

I have some steroid cream I use to get rid of it and it goes no problem. But i dont have it with me at the moment.

Anyway I have a tiny patch say half a cm to a cm squared of exczema on the shaft of my penis. At the top, if you must know..

I am bringing a girl back to mine tommorrow. I have always been concious of STI'S and I was thinking, with this patch on the top of my penis just before my pube's - the condom would not cover that far down - because usually there would be no risk of sti infection on the base of the penis - but would this eczema count as an open wound? It doesnt even look like eczema to be honest, its like a mild red patch with no itchiness at all
