I am planning on using a simple 30 min dead sea salt bath for my body acne. I checked through the massive thread on sea salt and I could not find my question. I am wondering if I can/should use a soap/cleanser afterwards.
I would. Also for those times when you don't have time to bath you can use the sea salt as a body scrub on you back, leave on for 5 mins. It may sting a little but it's all good!
