I am wondering from people who have used Epsom Salt for back acne.

I pour in 2.5 cups of it into a warmish-hot water bath and lay on my back in the tub for 20 minutes, four days so far.

Is that what you are supposed to do?

How often and for how long should I continue to do this, what should I expect?

The salts can help dry up the acne, you could do this daily unless you notice your skin is extremely dry/flaking. 20 minutes is good and at least try it for a couple weeks.
