Hi I have these 2 red pimple looking things on my right buttcheek not like inside or anything :s. Like on the cheek itself. I ignored it for a few months but now its gotten annoying and I tried to pop the bigger one and a bunch of pus came out and it really smells. But it came back and I pop it every so often and it comes back.
