I'm about to shower in 5 minutes, and I was reading on the board. I have quiet a lot of acne on my back and chest. But it's not the white bubble stuff, it's just A LOT of moderate acne. I have both of them in my shower and I was wondering what works better?

I don't think anyone used selsun blue for acne(let me research about it),

Try selsun blue for a week or two. Then if you get good results stay with it.

If not then start to use H&S.

Found only this http://www.acne.org/messageboard/index.php...;hl=selsun+blue . They said should work on some people.

Most of the major dandruff shampoos (H&S, Selsun Blue, and Nizoral) have an anti-fungal ingredient that seems to help with acne by kiling bacteria and reducing sebum production. Some people also have fungal folliculitis, which looks a lot like acne, or even have acne AND fungal folliculitis like me. In that case, these products make a huge difference.
