Wront items sent - Customer Service Ignoring Emails
Been a loyal customer for many years. Ordered 2 x 16oz Benzoyl Peroxide on July 17th 2023, received 2 x 8oz Benzoyl Peroxide around one week later. Emailed customer service about the mistake and informed them I specifically ordered this size (as I have done for years) as the tube type does not fit (standing up) in the small cupboard of my tiny apartment. This may seem trivial but I am Autistic (which I informed them) and this sort of thing is problematic. Furthermore, the larger container has a push/nozzle which I use for the exact measurement of my daily Peroxide amount. I asked to send back the incorrect items but was told this would be at my own expense. No longer replying to my emails so looks like they plan on just keeping/stealing the money for the additional BP I paid for which they have not sent.
