Hey. Just keeping everyone in the loop. The vast majority of you guys order the 16 oz. size of all Acne.org products. Not many people order the 8 oz. or 3.4 oz. sizes.
Making products in multiple sizes costs more for me, and I have to pass on costs to you guys of course. So, I'm transitioning to making only 16 oz. sizes.
Also, future products will come with flip top caps, and not with pumps. Again, this is a logistical and cost thing. Pumps break in the mail and that causes issues and costs to go up. Flip top caps will never break and are slightly less expensive for me to source.
The bottom line is, if you have noticed, I haven't raised prices in years and years and years. I'm absolutely determined to keep costs down for people so they can get clear skin. To do that, I have to constantly try to look at how to make things more streamlined. Moving to 16 oz. sizes only and to flip top caps will help with this. However, even with doing this, prices for my raw materials have gone up so much that I will probably have to start increasing prices a bit in the near future. I'll do what I can to keep prices as low as I can but this will have to happen at some point.
Hi Dan
Would it be possible to sell the pumps additionally (only the pump, without the bottle)? I would totally pay some dollars for it. For me, it's a huge plus if I know I can use 2 pumps and have a consistent amount every day. I wouldn't know how to achieve this with a flip top cap (other than using a scale, but it's much less convenient)
Thanks for your work

We were getting way too many broken pumps in the mail, so I decided to go to these flip-top caps. I'm constantly doing everything I can to keep costs down so I can keep prices as low as possible.
I attached a picture from The Regimen instructions showing how much to use when you're using a flip-top cap. Basically it's a good thick finger's length.

Hi Dan,
Would it be possible to keep the 3.4 oz option for the Benzoyl Peroxide for travel?

Most likely not in the short term. But, you can buy some empty travel bottles at any local Walgreens type place and fill those up before a trip 🙂
