Hello,

I am based in the UK and have been using acne.org for the last decade and it has really helped my skin. I just tried to place and order like I always do and added my usual detail as normal but it keeps saying to me that I havent selected a shipping options even though I have and wont let me place the order. I really really need the face wash as im running out and if I dont have it I could start breaking out again. Can someone please fix this glitch ? I have also emailed but I havent heard back, some of us really rely on these products and not being able to order it extremely stressful and frustrating. Can someone please respond and help?
