@dan How is it that you claim to have been out of stock for months, but on the 5 bottles of 16oz AHA ive just ordered, all 5 are the pump top with the old formula, with a lot number the same as my order from 2024 with expiry dates of May of this year?

Not even going to bother contacting your support. Last time I did I was ghosted on 3 emails. Will probably just charge back my credit card unless you want to contact me privately to resolve. Not paying $200 for product thats been sitting around for years that I wont be able to finish before its expiry date.

Been ordering from you since 2009. Really disappointed in the direction things have gone with this company in the past couple years.

I think I know what must have happened! I only had a handful of AHA bottles left so I put them out of stock before people ordered and I was completely out and couldn't fulfill their order. So I probably had only 20 or 30 of them at the warehouse. You must have ordered early as soon as it went back in stock and got some of those 20 or 30. I didn't even think about those 20 or 30 and what would happen with them. They're still not expired, but that's completely my mistake. I didn't think to tell the warehouse to set them aside.

@dan any update on when the moisturizer will be back in stock ?

Hi. It will still be quite a bit of time on the Moisturizer. Months for sure. If you need some now, I would look for an alternative option. You can cut and paste ingredients here from an alternative and I can give you my 2 cents.
