Acne.org is becoming ridiculous and almost a scam these days

Placed an order almost two weeks ago. I selected the priority shipping because I had ran out of the product and knew I was moving to the Uk so needed it asap. On the site it says 2-6 business days for parcel delivery and I spent over $200 aud on this. Now its been almost two weeks and the parcel hasnt arrived. I have emailed customer support several times for almost a week now for a refund as Ive now moved out of Australia and wont be needing the parcel anymore. Theyre not doing anything to help or responding about my refund. When did this company become so unprofessional, untrustworthy and dodgy? This is beyond ridiculous at this point

My emails prior to the ones I sent to you, I sent them to customer service and it had been almost a week without a response. Didnt get a response until I emailed you. one Im thinking of placing another order at my new address, but so scared to as Im not sure if this will happen again and God knows Im so tired of having to deal with this, but I need the product as Ive run out so not even sure what to do now. Does anyone know if this is only happening to parcels in Australia?
