Unable to purchase using existing account

Trying to purchase from store and when I login using existing account it redirects to the homepage. I am unable to purchase products under my account, the store only sees me as a new user. Please fix this asap so I can order using my account. I have tried on multiple browsers and phone.

I'm having the same issue. I have no ability to login to my existing account to order and it won't allow me to order without putting an email address. Can someone from IT look into this?
