ORDER NOT DELIVERED

I have ordered from this website for more than 3 weeks and have not received my products yet. I have checked my tracking number, and it shows "PROCESSED AT EXPORT FACILITY". What does it mean? Is this website a scam?

It seems that this website is turning into a scam. Did you pay via PayPal? If yes you can claim non receipt and get back your funds. Otherwise if youre like me, and paid by credit card you have to raise a dispute.
