My apartment building has been having issues with a mail thief, my order was stolen and I have emailed support twice, but received no response.
Seems the only way to get a response is to do it through the public forum.. I really just want a replacement for my order, or a reimbursement so I can repurchase the products.
Hate to take Karen route, but in light of the poor customer service I'll continue to email support daily until I receive a response.
