Yes, i have received my order. it was delivered at my nearest post office and not at my house as there was a fee to be paid. Ittook 4 weeks,

I suggest you inquire at your nearest post office after week 3. They kept my order for about 4 days without notifying me, I eventually got my notice card at my house 2 days after I personally collected my parcel.

What was the cost you paid for the kit taking into account currency conversion costsand did you get charged customs duties?

Hi I have been waiting for my products since December 2019, the tracker said it got to South Africa on the 21st of December 2019 but it's now 06/01/2020 and I have not received . I called the Post office near to me and they said they can't use the tracking number I got online. I don't know what to do anymore

Hi Konemukwevho, unfortunately I never received my parcels, so i requested for a refund from Acne.org and in March they refunded my account. I had to buy from Takealot for triple the price and they do not have the glycolic acid. Im so scared of placing an order again on Acne.org but I really need the product.
