Customer Service problem

So I ordered acne.org products and received a shipment that did not contain my order. Instead it was several packages addressed to other customers. I have been emailing and calling customer support for several days now and not once have they stated they will resend my order or issue a refund. They keep dragging out this mess and saying I can just keep the products that were sent to me by mistake, which none of those products match the exact size or items of what I ordered. I have already provided snapshots of what was sent to me by mistake, but now they are requesting snapshots of the invoices.

Has anyone experienced problems like this before? Is there anyway to contact Dan about this personally because customer service is simply not complying with my request to send me my exact order or issue a refund. Customer support also verbally confirmed upon investigation that they did send me the wrong orders. I've been ordering acne.org products for about 3 years now with no problems, and I am quite surprised by the way this problem is being handled. If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this, I would appreciate it. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Hi Savvie,

Thank you for the information. Our customer service team has already looked into the issue. FedEx has made a mistake on deliveries during the holiday season. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
