Acne.org Products
I live on the east coast. Have been using acne.org products for years. For my most recent purchase, I was given a shipment window of 3 weeks with no option of expedited shipping. This has been the situation since I first started using this line of products nearly a decade ago. Why is this still the case? It would seem that for as long as these products have been sold by Acne.org that more effort would be placed on the logistics end, which really isn't asking for too much considering how easy it is to ship products domestically. I could understand a 5 day standard shipping, but a projected 3 week delivery is inexcusable.
Has Dan or any others working/associated with Acne.org made an official comment on why shipping continues to be so cumbersome?

We understand your concern. We also offer other shipping options on our site such as expedited shipping which takes 3-5 business days and overnight shipping which is only 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included on the time of delivery.
We offer reasonable shipping rates and we are working to make them even better every day. If you like the the products, help spread the word. The more popular we are, the better rates we can get from the major carriers. Keep us posted. We love to hear your success and were always here to help.
