HI Guys,
I am living in UAE and bought my acne.org regimen from an online store the online store is called souq.com(you can check it out) so I bought myself the big kit which consists of cleanser, BP and the moisturizer the thing is
The shape of nozzle of the bottle pump of the BP and CLEANSER is not rounded (not the USUAL teardrop-shape nozzle that the big kit pump bottle has) is it just a normal or do you think I've got the fake regimen? or nozzles just vary? Bacause only t
the MOISTURIZER(center) has got the usual nozzle shape, but for the BP and CLEANSER they are different? Please let me know. I have attached the photo,let me knowo if any of you happen to have received the same thing even once.

Thank you for the picture. Some of our most recent batch of the Moisturizer and Treatment do have different nozzles but the next batch should be back to the normal nozzles.

Yes I've tried doing that but it always gets blocked when it comes to the custom of UAE,
I dont know why, so I needed to get it from a reseller at a higher price.
1st attempt was buying it from amazon
And the package bounced back to their courier.
2nd was directly from your online store
Which linked by amazon as well and I even get to talk to some of the ACNE.ORG customer assistance staffs(who are really nice and helpful and they were the one's who told me that they are having a problem sending it here because customs here in UAE are blocking products that contains BP,I attached the image of email.
I dont know how these resellers are able to get these acne.org products and sell it here in UAE)
I got tired and needed the product so badly so I ended up ordering it from the reseller souq.com here in UAE at a higher price.
* Anyways how can I be sure I am buying the legit product from a reseller (EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY SINCE THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET YOUR PRODUCTS HERE IN UAE ) ?
* Also on my third week of the regimen now, and started to feel itchy specially on my cheeks and neck when I increased dosage to 1 1/2 pump of BP (Strictly following Instructions, like "STRICTLY" )and I felt that the itching area is thickening also. (STARTED TO FEEL THE ITCHINESS ON THE 2nd DAY OF 1 1/2" PUMP OF BP )
Should I stopped using it? 4th day on 1 1/2 of
BP now and still feeling itchy and skin thickness is still there as well.
UPDATE
- by the way ITCHING AND THICKENING OF SKIN stops after finishing 1 1/2" PUMP BP dosage, I am now in 2 full pumps of BP
AND SKIN PEELING is over as well, tho I have 3 big bumps on my forehead and 2 big bumps on my right cheek
and I believe this is just a part of the healing process as well.
How I wish acne.org products are just as accessible as proactive,because I can just find proactive regimen here in many pharmacies of DUBAI and even in a grocery store's pharmacy section of malls here (tho i don't want to use it anymore BECAUSE IT BECAME LESS EFFECTIVE WHEN STOPPED AND USED IT AGAIN ).
