Everytime I place the order, it says "Trouble with your network connection. Check your email if your order went through!" It never has gone through. I could buy the products off of Amazon, but the shipping is $10 there and I can't afford that. I really need someone to help me with some advice, please. Thank you!

Normally that error is returned when your internet connection is very slow. Please try again. If you still receive the same error, contact customer service at support@acne.org and let them know the device and browser you are using and they'll help you out.
