I am so disappointed! I have ordered online and waited for so long even i paid for the shortest delivery, i didnt get my order!!

 

when i check the status, it was returned back to usa.. Very bad! Can anyone advise me for this, can i get my money back???

Customer service is here to help. Drop a line tosupport@acne.org and they will get back to you within 24 hours (usually a lot faster). Make sure to include your full name and order number if you have it in your email.
