Anyone else having issues with the moisturizer from The Regimen recently? Feels like it's a new formula or something. Doesn't absorb well or slide along the skin anymore. Pills, and feels a lot stickier/slimier then in the past? Hoping it's just a bad batch, really frustrating when it clumps.

The Moisturizer is entirely new. It's much more powerful than before, so you can use less of it. That could be the issue you're noticing. It's completely non-comedogenic and filled with good stuff. Every ingredient is ideal.

However, I have heard from 2 other people that they experience pilling and I'd like to know exactly how you're experiencing this. Can you explain exactly what you're doing when you notice the pilling?

@dan Hey Dan, just wanted to say thanks first of all. Been using the regimen for over 10+ years with quite a lot of success. Although I must say, this new moisturizer just isn't working well for me at all. 2 pumps of the BP treatment, air dry for 5 minutes, before applying moisturizer. Just doesn't absorb well like the previous formulation, not really doing anything different. Although I am using about 2 pumps of moisturizer. Just don't feel like I'm able to moisturize my entire face with only 1 pump.

With the new BP you no longer have to wait between steps. But that's beside the point.

You need 2 pumps? You sure? The new Moisturizer is incredibly moisturizing. You've tried 1 pump? It's worth trying that again if you aren't sure.

Try applying the cream to clean, slightly damp skin, without any other products underneath, to see if the texture improves.
