As I know iodine , lithium and pottasium .
Iodine food such as Kelp, shrimps and algae should be avoided to maintain clear complexion b'cos these food may caused flare up.
Food contains many lithium such as banana, coconut and so on should be over consume by acne sufferer to prevent further flare up.
There are link bewteen diet and acne...although various dermatologist claimed NO...you should be aware of what you consume...if it causes acne then..use your general knowledge to avoid it...
One of my friend , she also has acne...but mild acne. She said she can't eat Kentucky fried chicken because it's too oily and fatty...if she intended to eat also,, then she will end up with a zit on her chin...everytime also like that. We( she and myself ) already noticed this problem..so...just avoid food that will cause you zit...
Food that caused acne for each person is vary...so...use your general knowledge to avoid it...hopefully can help~..

I've never really related bananas to acne but i eat at least one banana everyday, hasn't caused me any breakouts and I dont know if its improving my skin because I have a good skin care routine. But overall, it's not making my skin worse. My skin still stays clear. It's just my favourite fruit.
