Does the regimen get rid of those annoying little bumps? I don't have cysts or nodules or anything like that, just so many of those tiny little white bumps, and I can't seem to shake them no matter how much BP i overload them with. Any ideas to get them?

They're milia and they're clogged pores. BP didn't work for me either and some of them started turning into pimples. My dermatologist (I finally found a good one) said Tazorac is the best thing for them. You have to unclog the pores. If you use Taz or another retinoid to unclog the pores, just be sure to use BP also. You still need to kill bacteria so they don't become pimples. Good luck, I know how frustrating they are to have
