Don't bother ordering if you live in Australia...

I've had a really disappointing experience with Acne.org over an order that never arrived. I live in Australia and after waiting over three weeks for my order of benzoyl peroxide, moister and AHA+ to arrive, I emailed customer service to ask what was happening, since I noticed on the tracking history that the shipment was at the export distribution in the US twice 10 days apart.

After not hearing back from customer service, I emailed again, only to be given another link which showed that the shipment had arrived in Sydney two weeks earlier and was then on a flight back to the US two days later.

I then emailed again to ask what happened, and they told me the shipment must have been sent back due to import restrictions onbenzoyl peroxide. This was frustrating to say the least as I was struggling with a breakout and was counting on thebenzoyl peroxide to arrive. Not only didn't it arrive, but customer service ignored my emails and then just told me they'd given me a refund with no sympathy.

I am really disappointed in the customer service of this company and I've lost faith in ordering from them, especially as it seems their orders being rejected by Australian customs. Since expressing my disappointment to support@acne.org, I have again been ignored.

Buyer beware.

Im in the same exact boat as you. Ordered from the site a while ago and order never arrived. Tried tracking it and its now been over a month but still nothing. Emailed customer service several times to help but I was ignored too. The only time I was answered, theyre saying theyre unable to offer a refund or reship of item until its been returned to them. Just imagine that. Its my first time hearing a customer service being so rude, non empathetic and unprofessional. Its my hard earned money so I will not let it go. I have called my bank to report it as fraud so I must get my money back. Im starting to seriously consider trying to find something else that works.
