I'm currently using the acne.org regimen. I used to very very VERY oily skin type, after using the regimen, it become just normal oily skin type. I am planning to buy the AHA+ moisturizer, and just wanna know if I should add the jojoba oil into my moisturizer?

If you're not dry you don't need extra jojoba. There's already jojoba in the moisturizer.
