Bad Reaction after 4 Months of use

I have been on the regimen for 4 months, starting after Thanksgiving 2019. My skin was super flaky and dry around the mouth area for the entire period of use. My skin has shown a significant difference in bumps and pimples, but after 4 months I started experiencing itchy red spots (not pimples or acne) more like a allergic reaction. Redness spots started to appear at the bottom of my chin, on both sides of my cheeks. My skin completely flared up with a reaction. I stopped using the regimen once my skin got to the worst point in redness patches and scabs, and started washing my face with warm water ONLY. and moisturizing with jojoba oil at night slightly. That helped my skin the MOST to get it to the best it™s ever been since on the regimen. One day I applied a pea sized amount of BP just to try to reintroduce the products to my skin. Within hours my skin completely flared up again, itchiness with red spots covering my cheek and chin in the same areas as before. I do not have any allergies to anything which is one thing I know. I™m left with full big size products gone to waste and want to know if I can get a refund.

I apply aquaphor on the allergic reaction. It has helped.

Hi Olivia,

I'm sorry to hear about your skin. It does look red and inflamed. I would recommend thatyou stop using the Acne.org Treatment for a few days and visit a dermatologist for skin allergies. Although rare, you could be allergic to some ingredients with the Acne.org Treatment. We hope that you will feel better soon.
