About 2 months ago I started the Regimen and after 2 weeks my skin was amazingly clear. Then like an idiot I got lazy and didn't do the routine that strictly and 2 weeks ago my acne came back. So I started doing the Regimen exactly again but now my skin is the worst it's been in years!!!! My entire forehead is full of white pimples and red inflamed areas. Please help what is going on!

It sounds like your skin is purging the sebum trapped under your skin causing you to breakout once again. This is perfectly normal and you should get clear once again within a few weeks. As long as you use the Acne.org Regimen products diligently and precisely as outlined, your skin should be fine.
