So I had only a few pimples to go before I was clear. I used BP for these, and while it did make the pimples go away (in 2 days!) it made the rest of my forehead break out (purging?). They were small and skin colored, something I could easily cover up, but then I noticed these weird marks on my nose. They weren't red and inflamed, more of a pinkish purple. The one in the picture is fading but there is now another bigger one more in the middle of my nose. I don't think they're pimples but I could be wrong? What are they and how do I get rid of them? (Sorry if the picture is a bad quality I had to really play with the size to make it the right size for this post
