whats good yall the regimen is going pretty good for me while i do break out from time to time its mostly under control and i only do it once a day a night with the BP so that way i don't really flake unless I skimp on moisturizer. I'm thinking about adding AHA in its been about 1 month and half and i'm just wondering if AHA made your skin more red than it is? or does it help with redness? the difference it made in terms of skin condition acne, looking younger, moisturizing, glowing etc.... I want to hear your feedback fine people! thank you!
I started using the AHA at the one month mark & I'm just about at two months in now. I love the AHA & feel like it has accelerated my results dramatically. When I first started using it it did burn like CRAZY so just be prepared for that. I had to wash it off the first couple of times because I just couldn't handle the burning. Start with a very small amount mixed in your moisturizer & work up from there. Now I use it 3x a week instead of my nightly moisturizer & only feel a slight "tingling" sensation with no pain at all.
I feel like it has helped a lot with redness. My biggest issue isn't so much acne anymore but the red marks it leaves behind, & the aha has really helped my marks fade. It makes my skin way smoother & softer as well, way more moisturized & less dull, overall it just makes my skin feel radiant & healthy! My skin isn't bumpy at all anymore, it's totally smooth aside from the one tiny zit I get a month (huge improvement to the 10+ zits I'd have at a time before I started the regimen), & I think the AHA is really to thank for that.
