Hello everyone! So I recently went to the dermatologist and told her that I had started the Acne.org regimen. She prescribed me Clindamycan Phosphate and Tretinoin cream and had said that I can use the Acne.org topical benzoyl peroxide. Is this too much? I have heard that Clindamycan can develop resistant bacteria, will that make it harder for the benzoyl peroxide to kill?
I personally would not use the clindamycin (I was also prescribed those meds). What I did keep was the Tretinoin cream and applied it at night. However, I only started that regimen after at least a month on the Acne regimen. This is smooth out your texture by exfoliating the skin. Hope that help!
