Need Help - Can't Find a Good Moisturizer to Use

Hey guys,

So I've been on the regimen for almost 2 months now, and the first month and a half I used a CVS brand benzoyl peroxide + moisturizer. It did help a lot, but it wasn't as effective as I thought it could be, and was way too expensive. So, I switched to Dan's BP and a Cerave moisturizer. I then realized after a week and a half that the moisturizer was clogging my pores near my nose (I never break out there) and on my chin, which has been clear for almost a month. So I switched to Neutrogena combination skin moisturizer, and very quickly got clogged pores. I don't know what to do. I feel like every moisturizer is going to do this to me and I'm thinking I may just have to quit treating my acne altogether because I can't use any moisturizers.

Is it possible to just deal with the excessive dryness and not moisturize at all? I know that's probably unhealthy, but Dan's BP works so well and I want to continue using it. I have a cetaphil moisturizer I can try, but I'm scared to use it after what cerave did to my skin, since they both apparently have comedogenic ingredients in them. I want to stick to stuff that Dan approves. Should I just get Dan's moisturizer? I've heard it was terrible, though. Any help is very appreciated, I don't know what to do.

Similarly to you I could never manage to find a good moisturiser. They either broke me out, made my acne/skin look redder and more inflamed, made my skin feel too sticky and looked wet, or left my skin dry and itchy later in the day.

Ironically the best I could find for me is Aloe Soothe Vaseline, which I think is just a general purpose body lotion and not even specifically for the face. I've tried more expensive dermatological moisturisers (such as Cetaphil's sensitive skin ones) that you'd think would be better but instead they made things worse.

I also have the same problem with face washes.
