I've been doing the regimen and noticed I'm breaking out more than normal. The only differences I've had are being out in the sun a lot more and at the beach almost daily. Does swimming in the water/ overexposure to the sun cause breakouts? Hope I don't have to sacrifice being at the beach this summer!

Sun exposure will not cause breakouts but it can cause sunburns but the water may cause breakouts if you swim after you have applied the Acne,org Regimen products. Make sure you apply the Acne.org Regimen products twice a day. We would also advise that you use The Regimen after you swim to ensure that it will not be washed off after application.
