I found that aloe vera is good with acne. Will using it with the regimen for burning itching relief help or is it a bad idea?

Hi Netrice,

Sounds like you are going through a rough time. Dryness and irritation is to be expected during the first few weeks into the Acne.org Regimen products but it eventually goes away.

Use Acne.org Regimen products precisely as outlined and make sure that you are not using any other products along with The Regimen to get you perfectly clear.

Make sure that you are using 2 full pumps of The Acne.org Moisturizer twice a day or as often as needed to prevent dryness and irritation. You may also add in 5-6 drops of Jojoba Oil into the Moisturizer each time you apply it for additional moisture.

I know it's tough at the beginning but just be patient and you will have clear skin.

This did not help me at all. You guys say the same exact thing to everybody. And your response did not answer my question.

I incorporated aloe Vera gel in my routine by putting a thick layer on my skin AFTER cleansing. Then after it dries I wash it off with water, then I apply benzoyl peroxide and moisturizer. I'm too scared to use aloe Vera gel and bp at the same time so I like to wash it off.

Did it help with the burning and itching?

Honestly it didn't help with the burning at all. Aloe Vera gel just simply isn't strong enough to maintain the burning and itching feeling. But it did help my skin soften up :) maybe you can try mixing aloe Vera gel with your moisturizer and applying it after the bp.
