i recently just started the acne.org treatment 5 days ago. ive been using the treatment as follow but i have noticed ive been getting more bumps and whiteheads and i cant help but to pop them. i dont know why my skin is breaking out this bad, i need help. my acne is located on both of my cheeks and i hate it so much. im not giving up on this treatment i just want to know whats going on with my skin.

I'm sorry to hear about your skin. These break outs is the purging effect of the Benzoyl Peroxide, Basically, all the comedones and other acne that are bound to come out sooner or later, will come out when you initially use the Benzoyl Peroxide. It also happens with Retin A and other OTC products.
As the weeks will pass, these break outs will become less and less until most of your acne finally clears up. Also, avoid using make up while on The Regimen, it may irritate your skin causing even more break outs.
