If you're using the acne.org regimen, as you're guided to do so, and you're still getting this then benzoyl peroxide isn't your answer. Keep using it, but see your GP and get a prescription for clindamycin. Either DUAC or a straight clindamycin product. Clindamycin has proven more effective on skin infections than erythromycin, the other common topical acne AB.

Either that or you can try a completely different approach. But I think you will respond well to the above.
