Acne.org Products
I've been using the acne.org regimen for a year + now and it cleared my acne but I noticed after some time, the benzoyl peroxide makes the texture of my skin look rough and wrinkly and it makes my dark marks impossible to fade. I was wondering can I just use it as a spot treatment only when i get pimples? Because I really don't like how my skin looks. Or how do I get off it completely?

I noticed that you live in Canada where 100% of the population is vitamin D deficient have you tried VIT D?

Can I take vitamin D multivitamins?
Vitamin D3 I suggest eating pure vitamin D3 not vitamin d mixed with other vitamins because they contain biotin and other vitamins which may contain triggers.

I started vit d 2 days ago and my back has cleared 85% IN JUST 2 DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN ONLY TAKING A SMALL DOSE!!! I PRAYED TO GOD THIS WAS MY CURE AND IT MIGHT BE!
