Overall, all the areas I applied the benzoyl peroxide are red, itchy, and feel fragile.
There also appears to be no visible improvement but no additional breakouts. I've also noticed that my skin is especially irritated in the shower/bath (most likely due to the hot water).
It's my second day on the regimen so I'm hoping it's just my skin adjusting. However, I'm wondering if anyone experienced the same or if I may be allergic/reacting poorly to the products?
Also, if it is just my skin adjustment, how long would the adjustment take? Can I do something to ease the process? I have jojoba oil I can use.

If you have jojoba oil, go ahead and use it now!!!! Add 5-6 drops to your moisturizer for additional hydration.
Sounds like you have very sensitive skin. Also very common in the acne population (myself including...I did not respond well in the early days!!!). This does not necessarily mean you are allergic. However, if you notice swelling, blistering, crusting/oozing these do indicate an allergic reaction so then we'd recommend stopping the Regimen immediately. But redness and dryness (even very severe) are all very common and do not indicate an allergic reaction. These are very common complaints and the most common reasons for quitting, so my advice you be to muscle through them the best you can!!!!
TianaLy! Since you're still very early into the regimen, definitely go easy on the BP to start. Small amount, once a day as the regimen prescribes. I typically start with even less and take longer than the regimen suggests, just because I hate irritated, red skin (which is inevitable to some extent.)
But slowly ramping up and making small adjustments (either less or more depending on how irritated you feel) to your BP dosage should help ease you into BP. Best wishes!
