I have just atarted using the regimen, it will be my 2nd week this coming Saturday and I can see all the signs that i needed to expect from the treatment apart from swelling on my face.
I have read some of the advice and according to what ive read i need to reduced using BP to 1x a day then increase gradually.
my concern now is do i have to wash my face 2x a day or just 1x a day. If i needed to wash my face 2x a day, on my second wash do i need to use my cleanser and then apply the moisturiser or leave it with nothing.
i am religiously following the regime because i really want this to work.
