Hi. So, I'm going to army for atleast half a year and I have a mild acne. About 2 months ago I started regimen and it have worked great, but in army I really don't have that much time to follow the regimen perfectly every morning and evening.
What would be the best way to keep my skin as good as possible with just like ~10min treatment? I only have acne from my chin to my nose.
Try not to worry too much, just do your best while you're away. Any treatment is better than none. One thing my son does when he's in a hurry in the morning is skip the cleanser step, and just go for the treatment, and he even finds he can skip the moisturizer step in the morning as well. He makes up for it at night, takes the time to wash his face, apply treatment, and an extra-good moisturizer step before bed. So far this keeps him (mostly) clear, maybe just the odd zit, which is fine by him. Another thing you can do is apply treatment right after cleansing, and apply moisturizer 5 minutes after BP if you're pressed for time, rather than allowing the usual 10-15 minutes drying time between steps.
Obviously the way Dan outlines is always optimal for maximum results, and you should always do this on your days off. But doing an "abridged" version of the Regimen or "slap and go" as I call it, can help keep things in control in a pinch if you're willing to live with a few zits.
Good luck in the army!
