Dry skin around mouth, chin, and jawline

I've been using the regimen for about 6 weeks now so I'm using the full dosage. Ever since I've been doing the full dosage I've had dry skin on my jawline and by my ears, around my mouth and chin, like super flakey and noticeable. My cheeks and forehead are fine. I've been using the recommended dose of lotion. I'm wondering if I should add a third application like in the middle of the day? So about 6-8 hours after the 1st round. Should I cleanse my face? Probably not cause that would dry it out more. Just make sure my fingers are cleansed before applying?

I'm definitely drinking 8 glasses of water and green tea a day to hydrate from the inside.
It is also fall in Iowa where I live so it's getting cold and dry outside.
ALSO! Some days, but not always, my whooole face will be noticeably red the whole day long. Is there anything I can do about this?

Cleansing your face a third time is unnecessary and not recommended. However, feel free to moisturize as often as needed to keep uncomfortable dryness and redness in check. Many need to moisturize 3 or more times per day in the early weeks. Jojoba oil can be your best friend during the early weeks and months...try adding a few drops to your moisturizer before applying for extra hydration.

Hope this is helpful! :)

I started the regimen about three moths ago applying benzoyl peroxide only once a day. My skin was getting to dry and flaky when I tried to up to twice a day. I tried jojoba oil and it did nothing. About a week ago, I bought cetaphil moisturizing cream for dry, sensitive skin and it works wonders. I've been applying twice a day for about a week now with minimal dry skin. I apply the cream morning and night.
