I washing my face in the morning and during the day I always do some kind of exercising where I sweat a lot what should I do after that? Let my skin go? Take a Whipe and then moisturize? Take a Whipe and put BP and put more miosturizer on? (Also I might have to go out and might want to put some makeup on)

Try to do your morning Regimen as early in the day as you can, so the treatment is on your face as long as possible. As long as your treatment is on your face about 6 hours, then you should be fine. Definitely don't repeat the Regimen a third time midday! (except moisturizer, OK to repeat as many times as needed) After exercising, just rinse your face with water (don't use cleanser!), and then do the Regimen again in the evening as usual.
