Hello guys!

Im 20 years old and have had acne since I was 16/17. I started having bad acne my second year at high school and went to a dermatologist which gave me antibiotics (which I'm not using anymore since 1 year back) and neostrata products + epiduo. At first this helped, and the really big zits disappeared but since that change my skin has been the same. I have a red acne complexion on my cheeks starting from my nose, I always have small zits on my forehead and far out cheeks and bigger ones which come and go around my mouth and chin. Im quite depressed about my skin at the moment since I have seen no change whatesoever and less and less people my age have bad skin.

So I just found out about this regimen and directly felt optimistic about trying. Until just now when I read that epiduo also contain benzoyl peroxide and that haven't helped me. The other products I use contain glycolic acid and alpha hydroxy acid. As I said these are not helping me, I'm using them the way my dermatologist told me, with no result. It keeps me from having even WORSE skin, but I'm not getting any better.

Do you recommend me to try the regimen? Anyone else who quit neostrata and epiduo and had more luck with this?

Thank you!

I haven't used Epiduro but I have used previous BP products from other brands and regimes. I switched to Dans Regimine with his products and I can't be more happy. 100% clear. I had terrible acnethat I used tons and tons of products on with no luck. Let me ask you this. If it works, how big ofa deal will this be? If it doesn't work whats the worst that will happen? You said it yourself, Epiduro kind of helps so might as well switch to Dans product and if anything, it just wont work quite as good as you expect (which I don't see happening). Give it a go!

Thank you, really, kind of what I needed to hear. It's not that i expect this to help me a 100% but with that encouragement I'll give it a go.

Best regards

You have nothing to lose but your acne. I was hesitant to try, the dryness sucks but my skin is clearing!

Have you evaluated your diet? Also there is an interesting thread about folks using the triple antibiotic to address Staphylococcus overgrowth.

Best Wishes!!!

My only piece of advice on the regime do not mix products. Keep with the 3 piece system so you know what works and what doesn't.
